Tzu Chi volunteer Koh Siew Hoong was sent to the hospital for quarantine and treatment after she was diagnosed with COVID-19. During the quarantine period, Koh Siew Hoong relied on the power of religion to stay calm and was allowed to leave the hospital ten days later. Throwback to the days in the quarantine ward, Koh Siew Hoong reflected on herself as a disciple of Master, she was more affirmed with the power of being vigilant and sincerely pious. She also vowed to be more diligent and put forth the spirit of benefiting others and enlighten oneself in the future.
