Every year, the Buddhist Tzu Chi Merits Society will recruit new volunteers of any race and religion to help contribute to society. These volunteers come from different occupations and backgrounds, including those who are long-term dialysis patients aided by Tzu Chi. Although they are in need themselves, their efforts in Tzu Chi to contribute are no less than those who have a healthy body.
