n response to the needs of the villagers in the community, the Adarsha Community Learning Center applied to the government to run a computer class. It received government support and computers were provided. However, after receiving the computers, the Community Learning Center was unable to hire computer teachers due to lack of funds. Tzu Chi extended a helping hand by supporting the employment of teachers for a year, so that the computer class could start off.
