Tzu Chi volunteers held its first inaugural winter distribution in Lumbini. They prepared quilts, food and other essentials to keep the care recipients warm during winter. Volunteers organized the event whole-heartedly to welcome our care recipients home. Local volunteers also joined in to provide physical and spiritual care through their warm and cordial companionship.
