Tzu Chi volunteers put their best efforts in organising an inaugural winter distribution in Lumbini, hoping that those care recipients who came to Tzu Chi office for the first time could feel the cordial accompaniment. Everyone could feel Master Cheng Yen’s love and care when her letter of sympathy was read out by a volunteer.
