Nepal's first large-scale Buddha Bathing Ceremony, apart from the participation of nearly 3,000 people, local volunteers could also be seen at the scene together with Tzu Chi volunteers to uphold the solemnity of the occasion. In addition to assisting the volunteers in various coordination tasks, Lakesh, the lay brother of Venerable Mertiye, also invited nearly 70 local volunteers to serve in the reception team, so that the Buddha Bathing Ceremony could be successfully carried out.
