A phone call from Lin Jingxian, the Deputy CEO of Taiwan Tzu Chi Foundation, made Indian entrepreneur Md Ansu Ali feel the sincerity of Tzu Chi’s team in helping the poor in Silaunja Village and Habipur Village in India. To build the modular houses, Ansu immediately arranged for Anand Kumar, an Indian construction engineer to come to Nepal. Ansu and Anand scheduled a meeting with Tzu Chi volunteers who had rich construction experience. They visited and inspected the modular houses that had been constructed by Tzu Chi Construction Team in Lumbini.
