Female villagers from Lumbini were invited to participate in the Year-end Blessings sutra adaptation. Tzu Chi volunteers arranged for a bus to take them to their destination, the Lumbini Buddhist University. There, they underwent intensive training and repeated rehearsals, striving for perfection and looking forward to a solemn presentation of sutra adaptation on the day of the event.
