Tzu Chi Volunteers continued to provide care to flood victims in Kelantan

Tzu Chi continuous support and care had reached Kampung Kubang and Kampung Lubok Batil’s Wat Khosakaram Buddhist Temple. As they began their second wave of supplies distribution to the villagers.
