"Poverty due to illness and illness due to poverty" is common among poor families in Nepal, but how many of them can change their destiny? After receiving a report from villagers, Tzu Chi volunteers visited Taulan’s home. The volunteers stayed with Taulan and his family throughout the entire process from spiritual care to his journey to hospital for surgical treatment. Taulan understood that the process of regaining his life was not easy and decided to utilize his strength to help more people in need.
