Tzu Chi volunteers from Singapore and Malaysia organised the first Tzu Chi Commissioner Training Course for six local volunteers at their centre in Lumbini, Nepal. The course covered an overview of Tzu Chi's four missions and humanitarian values, with the hope that the six trained volunteers would return to Taiwan as scheduled, receive certification, and become the first batch of Jing Si disciples in Nepal.
